Production Introduction
High quality titanium ingots that meet the GR2 standard are selected, heated to the appropriate temperature for forging, forming preliminary bars. The required diameter titanium wire is finally manufactured through rolling and drawing, and annealed during the drawing process to restore the plasticity of the titanium wire. Surface pollutants are removed through acid washing, surface smoothness is improved through polishing, and product quality is further improved through precision machining. The final product packaging that passes quality inspection is put into storage.
