Production process of Titanium Ultra-Fine Wire

Step 1: Perform ultrasonic cleaning on the titanium wire material. Step 2: Use micro-arc oxidation equipment to treat the titanium wire material cleaned in Step 1 with micro-arc oxidation, resulting in titanium wire material with a wear-resistant coating on the surface. Step 3: Use a drawing machine to cold draw the titanium wire material with a wear-resistant coating obtained in Step 2 at room temperature, with lubricating oil applied during the drawing process to obtain ultra-fine titanium wire material. Step 4: Perform pickling on the surface of the ultra-fine titanium wire material obtained in Step 3. Step 5: Conduct low-temperature annealing treatment on the pickled ultra-fine titanium wire material from Step 4 to obtain ultra-fine-grained titanium ultra-fine wire material. The diameter of Titanium Ultra-Fine Wire material ranges from 0.05mm to 0.6mm, with a grain size of 0.02μm to 2μm.
