Customers communicate their requirements via email, our website, an exhibition, or a sales representative. They must provide the following basic information:

Expected performance standards and target performance requirements
Material grade, specifications, dimensions, and quantity range
Processing structure or drawings (if applicable)
Special requirements such as delivery time, packaging, and labeling
Our engineering team will assess feasibility and provide technical optimization suggestions as necessary.
