Titanium rods B348 are available in different sizes such as Ø 8 mm, Ø 10 mm, Ø 12 mm, etc. Due to processing methods such as multiple times precision grinding and stress relief annealing, the stability during machining (turning, milling, drilling and deep hole machining) of the material is improved.Our quality department conducted a visual inspection, ultrasonic testing, chemical composition analysis, and mechanical performance testing on each titanium rod to ensure that all delivered materials have consistent organizational status and fully traceable data reports.
In order to meet the high testing requirements of European customers, we have conducted additional third-party material certification (Chemical+Mechanical Test) and provided complete testing documents with the goods. In terms of packaging, moisture-proof vacuum bags and customized wooden box structures are used to ensure safety and seismic performance during long-distance transportation. All packaging materials comply with EU environmental protection and wooden box quarantine requirements, and can directly enter the local port and customs clearance process.
