This time The goods are a grade 5 titanium strip (gr5 titanium strip) 2 rolls of ti-6al-4v material, thickness of 1.0mm,50kg each roll, 100KG in total. 1 TO 2 is expressed with length, width and thickness. GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is the most common titanium grade because of its strength, low density and excellent corrosion resistance and it is also in highest demand. It is used in aerospace, medical, chemical, marine, precision engineering and so on. For titanium alloy strips/sheets/plates, grade 5 is considered as a premium material grade as per ASTM B265.
This order is supplied in the form of rolls. For titanium strip products, the dimensional stability, surface quality, and winding state of the coil will affect the customer's subsequent cutting, stamping, and forming processes. Therefore, strict control over product size, surface condition, and overall consistency is required during the production process.
The successful production of 100KG GR5 titanium strip and its shipment to the United States is another batch of our titanium alloy strip export business.
