Recently, our company completed the production and inspection of a roll of GR5 titanium foil and successfully arranged for shipment to the United States. This batch of products will be used for the customer's subsequent precision titanium material processing and related applications.
The product for this shipment is Titanium Coil 0.05mm , made of GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) , with a thickness of 0.05mm , supplied in the form of coil material, totaling 1 roll, weighing 5KG .
0.05mm is a thin specification product in titanium foil, which has high requirements for thickness control, surface quality, and coil consistency during the production process. For ultra-thin titanium foil, stable rolling process and strict dimensional inspection are important links to ensure product quality.
GR5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is a widely used titanium alloy material with high strength, good corrosion resistance, and high strength to weight ratio. ASTM B265 covers strips, sheets, and plates of titanium and titanium alloys, and lists Grade 5 as Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy.
Although the weight of this 5KG GR5 titanium foil order is not large, the ultra-thin specification of 0.05mm places higher demands on production and quality control.
