We are proud to announce the successful shipment of 360 kilograms of medical-grade titanium rods to a long-term customer in India, supporting their production of dental and orthopedic implant components.
The titanium rods supplied for this order are manufactured from Grade 5 ELI (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) and Grade 23, fully compliant with ASTM F136 and ISO 5832-3 standards. These grades are widely used in the global medical implant industry due to their outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, excellent fatigue resistance, and superior biocompatibility.
The rods were produced in diameters ranging from 6 mm to 25 mm, with standard lengths of 3000 mm, and can be further cut or machined according to customer requirements. Tight dimensional tolerances, uniform microstructure, and clean surface condition were strictly controlled throughout the production process.
The materials are mainly intended for dental implants, orthopedic fixation devices, trauma plates, and surgical screws. As medical titanium materials, the rods underwent strict quality inspections, including chemical composition testing, ultrasonic testing, mechanical property testing, and microstructure evaluation. Each batch was fully traceable from raw material melting to final packaging.

To ensure safe delivery, the titanium rods were packed in export-standard wooden cases, with protective wrapping to prevent surface damage during transportation. All shipment documents, including mill test certificates and inspection reports, were provided in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
