Corrosion resistant structural titanium wire is a core profile in the field of industrial anti-corrosion and load-bearing structures. It is made by optimizing the melting process based on the natural corrosion resistance characteristics of titanium metal. Unlike ordinary thin wires and decorative titanium wire, this product combines structural strength and long-term corrosion resistance. It can serve stably for a long time under strong corrosion conditions such as strong acid, strong alkali, salt spray, seawater, high temperature and humidity. The entire product line is produced using the ASTM American standard system, with the mainstream covering three major grades: ASTM Gr2, Gr7, and Gr9. Each grade has its own emphasis on corrosion resistance level, mechanical strength, and processing performance. The wire diameter covers multiple specification ranges and is widely used in chemical equipment, marine engineering, environmental protection equipment, oil and gas extraction, outdoor steel structure reinforcement, and other fields. The three major American standard grades have clear division of labor: Gr2 is suitable for conventional corrosive environments and has outstanding cost-effectiveness; Gr7 adds palladium element, customized for strong acidic working conditions; Gr9 focuses on load-bearing structures and its strength meets the requirements for heavy-duty use.
