corrosion resistant titanium flat wire, as an irregular cross-section product of high-purity titanium metal, is made of industrial pure titanium such as Gr1 (UNS R50250) and Gr2 (UNS R50400) as substrates through precision cold rolling and annealing processes. Its rectangular cross-section design combines the corrosion resistance of pure titanium with the mechanical advantages of a flat structure. This product is ≥ 99.0% purity (Gr1 ≥ 99.5%), a oxygen content ≤ 0.25% (Gr1 ≤ 0.18%), an iron content ≤ 0.30%, the density is 4.5g/cm ³ which is only 60% stainless steel, but have the tensile strength of 345-550MPa and elongation of ≥ 18%. It meets ASTM B265, ISO 5832-2 and other international standards and can be applied to circumstances where there are stringent demands on corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and light weight. The product is available with a thickness of 0.1-3mm and a width of 2-100mm, with thickness tolerance of ± 0.01- ± 0.1mm and width tolerance of ± 0.05- ± 0.5mm, after electrolytic polishing treatment surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m. The performance can be further optimized through processes such as passivation and sandblasting.
