Grade 5 Titanium Alloy (6Al-4V) Wire Material

Grade 5 titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) is an alpha+beta alloy that offers better performance than industrial pure titanium. It contains 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium and is heat treatable. It has good strength, corrosion resistance, weldability and formability, and is currently one of the titanium alloy grade most sold in the market. This alloy wire material can be shaped into diverse forms like irregular, flat, square, circular and fine wires as well as customized coatings, or plain wire materials adhering to international standards like ASTM B265, AMS 4911, AMS 4928 among others.
