Titanium Alloy Rods for chemical and metallurgical applications (primarily industrial pure titanium TA series and corrosion-resistant alloys TC4/TA10) serve as core structural materials for highly corrosive and high-temperature, high-pressure environments. With their all-media corrosion resistance (resistant to boiling hydrochloric acid/wet chlorine), high-temperature strength (≥450 MPa at 400°C), and extended service life (5-10 times that of stainless steel), these rods excel in scenarios such as PTA oxidation reactor agitator shafts and electrolytic metallurgy cathode rollers. TC4 titanium rods can withstand dynamic loads of up to 10 MPa and maintain a service life exceeding 15 years.
