Grade 1 Titanium Bars deliver 15-20% higher strength (240-310 MPa) and enhanced hardness vs. standard stainless steels while maintaining similar corrosion resistance. Compared to titanium alloys, Gr1 offers superior oxidation resistance below 600°C – ideal for chemical processing equipment – though with lower heat tolerance than Ti-6Al-4V.
