The alloy composition ratio of ERTi-5 titanium welding wire is fully synchronized with Grade 5 base material, containing 5.5%~6.75% aluminum and 3.5%~4.5% vanadium, with oxygen content controlled below 0.12%, significantly reducing the risk of welding embrittlement. In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of the welded joint after annealing can exceed 900MPa, far surpassing pure titanium welding wire in resistance to vibration fatigue and high-low temperature alternating performance. For corrosion resistance, the weld seam can form a complete passivation film, showing no pitting in seawater or dilute acid/alkali environments, making it suitable for long-term corrosive working condition equipment welding.
