Grade 9 Titanium Strip

Grade 9 titanium strip (American standard Grade 9, corresponding to national standard TA18, composed of Ti-3Al-2.5V) belongs to the category of medium strength near alpha titanium alloy strip and follows ASTM B265 standard. Compared with pure titanium strips, its strength is much higher; Compared with Gr5 (TC4), it has lower aluminum vanadium content, better plasticity, cold forming and welding performance, and can be directly processed without complex heat treatment. Many customers are stuck at the balance point of "both strength and good formability". Gr5 is too hard and thin strip stamping is prone to cracking, while pure titanium has insufficient strength. Grade 9 fills this gap and is commonly used for pipe wrapping, precision stamping, and flexible connectors.

2. Compared with Gr5 and Grade 9 thin strip cold stamping, precision stamping elastic components are less prone to cracking and have controllable bending rebound. Suitable for stamping elastic gaskets, instrument elastic components, and sensor liners.The Grade 9 titanium strip is for used with supporting tools in the oil and gas and anti-corrosion tooling, as it is resistant to weak acid and chloride corrosion, and the strength requirement of the tooling is met. All Grade 9 Titanium strips are made in compliance with ASTM B265, and each batch is accompanied by a full material certificate containing the following: chemical composition and mechanical testing reports. Support non-standard width striping, with a minimum of narrow strips, and tighten tolerances as needed. Surface options include acid wash and glossy finish. Provide drawings and working conditions, evaluate feasibility and make samples first, confirm width and surface effect before mass production.

2. Does it support customized cutting for small batch sample orders? Support, no high minimum order quantity is set. Small quantities of samples or large quantities of orders can be cut to a specific length as needed, with surface protection and scratch prevention measures in place. The samples come with material certificates for customers to verify in the laboratory before transferring to mass production.

3. After the sea transport product damage case needs to be processed how? First of all, have the moisture-proof film and pallet packaging in the event of sea freight shipment.Have you seen any damage as soon as we arrived with your order. Bring us photo and videos of the unpacking and we confirm quickly if it's a product or packaging problem, discuss a replacement.
