Grade 1 titanium ultrafine wire (American standard UNS R50250) is a precision representative of industrial pure titanium materials, made from high-purity titanium with a purity of ≥ 99.5% as raw material, through multiple cold drawing and electrolytic polishing processes. The diameter range covers 5 μ m to 0.1mm, the dimensional tolerance is controlled within ± 0.5 μ m, and the surface roughness Ra is ≤ 0.2 μ m, demonstrating the ultimate machining accuracy. Its density is only 4.5g/cm ³, with a tensile strength of 350-580MPa and an elongation of ≥ 25%. It can withstand over 100000 bending cycles without fracture, combining lightweight, high strength, and excellent flexibility. The surface corrosion resistance is optimized through electrolytic polishing technology, meeting the ISO 13485 medical grade standard and ASTM B863 and ASTM F67 international specifications.

Medical
Grade 1 titanium ultrafine wires with a diameter of 10-50 μ m are woven into a cardiovascular stent mesh, which has biocompatibility to reduce the risk of thrombosis. Fine wires with a diameter of 0.03mm are used for ophthalmic microsurgical suturing to meet the precise repair needs of corneal tissue.

The preparation of this product relies on vacuum melting to control oxygen content ≤ 0.18% and iron content ≤ 0.20%. During the cold drawing process, the deformation of each pass is strictly controlled within 8% -12%, and vacuum annealing is used to eliminate internal stress and ensure uniform wire structure. The finished product undergoes ICP-OES chemical composition analysis, ASTM E8 mechanical property testing, and metallographic structure inspection, and the entire process is traceable.
