It not only has strong corrosion resistance, but also has excellent flexibility and is easy to bend and form, suitable for medical implants (such as orthopedic fixation ropes), food equipment and other scenarios with strict purity requirements; GR2 pure titanium rope focuses on medium strength performance, with a breaking strength of about 200MPa-350MPa. It is more cost-effective than titanium alloy grades and has outstanding resistance to industrial corrosion. It is suitable for industrial scenarios such as marine aquaculture cages and chemical equipment traction ropes; GR5 titanium alloy rope is composed of Ti-6Al-4V as the core component, which combines high strength with high and low temperature resistance (-253 ℃ -600 ℃).
