The shipped product is ultrafine medical-grade titanium wire, manufactured from Grade 1 and Grade 23 (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) titanium, in accordance with ASTM F67 and ASTM F136 standards. These grades are widely recognized for their excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and mechanical stability, making them especially suitable for medical and precision industrial applications.
For this order, the titanium wire was produced in ultra-small diameters ranging from 0.05 mm to 0.30 mm, with tight dimensional tolerances and a smooth, defect-free surface finish. The wire was supplied in coil form, carefully packaged with moisture-proof and shock-resistant materials to ensure safe transportation and stable quality upon arrival.
The end-use application of this ultrafine titanium wire is primarily in medical devices and precision components, including dental orthodontic products, implant accessories, surgical instruments, and micro-structured components. Due to its ultra-thin diameter, the wire requires strict control during melting, hot working, cold drawing, intermediate annealing, and final surface treatment. Our production process ensures consistent mechanical properties, stable elongation, and excellent straightness, even at extremely small diameters.
