The product of this order is ERTi-7 Titanium Welding Wire corresponding to Titanium Grade 7, supplied in the form of straight wire , with a total weight of 50KG. According to the customer's welding process and usage requirements, our company has implemented corresponding controls on the size, surface condition, and packaging of the product to ensure that it remains in good condition during transportation and subsequent welding processes.
ERTi-7 is a titanium alloy welding material in AWS A5.16, characterized by the addition of palladium element to the titanium based material to improve its corrosion resistance in specific environments. According to relevant technical data, ERTi-7 can be used for welding Grade 7, Grade 2, and Grade 16 titanium materials, and is applied to pipelines, valves, heat exchangers, as well as chemical and pharmaceutical equipment.
Compared with disc welding wire, the straight wire form is convenient for manual wire feeding in some TIG/GTAW welding processes, especially suitable for single piece welding, on-site maintenance, and operations at different welding positions. For titanium welding, the cleanliness of the welding wire surface and inert gas protection in the welding area are equally important.
