Recently, our company completed the production, inspection, and packaging of a batch of Grade 23 Titanium Foil samples, and successfully arranged for shipment to Germany. This order is for customer sample procurement, with a total weight of 10KG, mainly used for customer's subsequent material testing and application evaluation.
The product being shipped this time is Grade 23 Titanium Foil (GR23 titanium foil), made of Ti-6Al-4V ELI material. The total weight of this batch of samples is 3.30KG. Our company will detect the surface and quality of the goods in the production and packaging process, then we pack with the sample export request, to make sure the goods can be delivered to customer safely.
Grade 23 is a Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium alloy with more rigorous control of interstitial elements (oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen). Higher ductility, toughness, and fatigue performance than the standard Grade 5 make Grade 23 ELI popular in such demanding areas as medical implants, surgical instruments, and aerospace where high-material reliability is a must.
Titanium foil is thin specification titanium material, during rolling process on the thickness stability and surface quality, flatness, etc. especially in the sample test time, customer always pay main focus on the chemical composition of the material, the dimension tolerance, surface finish and the process performance after. Therefore, stable product quality is crucial for customers to conduct project validation.
The 10KG Grade 23 Titanium Foil sample was successfully sent to Germany, providing sample support for the customer's subsequent material testing and project evaluation.
