Recently, our company has completed all quality inspections, surface protection, and export packaging for a batch of 5KG Grade 12 ultrafine titanium wires. They have been arranged to be shipped to Brazil and delivered to local water treatment equipment research and development manufacturers for use as internal sensing leads and micro elastic components in seawater treatment devices.
This batch of Grade 12 ultrafine titanium wire UNS R53400 corresponds to the national standard TA10, and the production process follows the ASTM B863 standard. The specification for this order is a diameter of 0.08mm, and the wire is delivered in coils. Before leaving the factory, the appearance and wire diameter tolerance of the product are randomly inspected, and there are no defects such as broken wires, burrs, or surface oxidation. A complete material certificate is attached with the goods, which meets the requirements of Brazilian customer material review and project filing.

This Brazilian client focuses on the research and development of water treatment equipment. The project is exposed to chlorine containing saltwater for a long time, and ordinary stainless steel and pure titanium wire are prone to crevice corrosion failure after a period of use. After comparing multiple material samples in the early stage, the customer confirmed that Grade 12 alloy has more stable corrosion resistance in this environment. Therefore, a small batch order of 5 kilograms was placed for prototype equipment testing, and additional large-scale purchases will be made for subsequent project implementation. The difficulty of producing ultra-fine specifications is not small. The production team repeatedly adjusts the drawing tension and annealing parameters, and completes the surface protection throughout the process to avoid scratches on the fine wires during the winding process.
As a source titanium material manufacturer, we have a stock of Grade 12 ultra-fine titanium wire in mainstream specifications, with diameters covering 0.05-0.5mm. We support customized wire diameter, disc weight, and fixed length cutting as needed, and can also accept small batch sample orders without setting a high minimum order threshold. Export orders will be wrapped in layers of rust proof paper and moisture-proof film, and fixed with dedicated plastic spools to prevent collisions, moisture and oxidation during sea transportation. The foreign trade documentation team prepares material certificates, packing lists, and invoices in advance to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods at Brazilian ports.
This shipment is also another practice of our product entering the South American industrial market. The number of water treatment and geothermal projects in South America has been increasing year by year, and local customers' demand for high-end corrosion-resistant titanium materials continues to rise. At the same time, they have strict requirements for material documentation and process technology support. From sample testing to final shipment, we arrange dedicated technical personnel to connect and answer customers' various process questions about bending, welding, and wire assembly at any time.
Next, we will continue to steadily produce Grade 12 ultrafine titanium wire and expand our customer base in South America, including Brazil and Chile. Relying on spot reserves, flexible customization capabilities, and comprehensive export support services, we provide stable and reliable high-performance titanium alloy wire rods for overseas customers, helping them solve the problem of material selection for small components in harsh corrosive environments.
