Recently, a batch of 30KG Grade 12 titanium foil from our company has undergone full process quality inspection, surface protection, and export packaging. It has been officially shipped to Italy and will be delivered to a local chemical equipment manufacturer for use in their seawater heat exchange equipment anti-corrosion lining project. This batch of Gr12 titanium foil (UNS R53400, national standard TA10) is strictly produced in accordance with ASTM B265 standard, with a thickness of 0.1mm and a width of 200mm. It is delivered in rolls, and each roll surface has undergone a full visual inspection without pinholes, scratches, or oxidation defects. Material analysis reports and mechanical performance testing certificates are attached with the goods, meeting the material traceability audit requirements of EU customers.
The Italian client specializes in the manufacturing of seawater desalination and chemical heat exchange equipment. Previously, they had been purchasing Gr12 titanium foil imported from Europe and America for a long time. In this project, there is a high-temperature chlorine containing medium, which requires extremely high resistance to crevice corrosion of the material. After multiple rounds of sample comparison, the customer confirmed that the flatness, thickness tolerance, and corrosion resistance of our Gr12 titanium foil surface fully match the project design indicators. Finally, the 30KG order was finalized, and a subsequent bulk procurement plan was reserved. The specification of this order belongs to ultra-thin titanium foil, and the rolling and slitting stages are difficult. The production team controls the rolling tension throughout the entire process, and performs surface isolation protection during slitting to avoid surface scratches on the foil material.
As a source titanium material manufacturer, our company has stock of Gr12 titanium foil with mainstream thickness, covering 0.05-0.5mm. We can cut it into width strips and fixed length according to customer drawings, support small batch sample orders, and do not set high minimum order quantities.
