This week, our company completed the production and shipment of a batch of orthodontic titanium wire orders destined for Germany. The client primarily engages in medical device distribution and has high requirements for material stability and surface quality. The entire process from order confirmation to delivery took 12 days, with the main specifications being fine-diameter medical-grade titanium wire, all of which underwent precision polishing and rigorous cleaning treatment.
During the production process, we focused on controlling straightness and surface roughness to ensure the material maintains good elasticity and stability for subsequent bending and oral applications. Each batch comes with a complete material test certificate (MTC 3.1) and undergoes chemical composition re-inspection.
This time, the products are vacuum packed and double packed in wooden boxes which is shock resistant, it could prevent the products from oxidization and deforming during transportation. The products were shipped through Shanghai Port and the arrival at the customer's warehouse is 20 days.
