Recently, our company successfully completed a batch of titanium material orders to Malaysia, covering two categories: medical grade and industrial grade, including Titanium Orthodontic Wire, Gr23 titanium rods, and Gr5 titanium rods.
The characteristics of this order are multiple specifications and scattered batches. Orthodontic titanium wire is mainly used for dental instrument manufacturing, while Gr5 titanium rod is used for precision mechanical component processing. The customer has strict requirements for material consistency and batch stability.
In the production process, we adopt furnace number management and conduct spectral analysis on each batch of materials to ensure that the chemical composition fully complies with ASTM standards. Especially for Gr23 materials, the oxygen content is strictly controlled below 0.13% to meet ELI level requirements.
In terms of packaging, anti bending coiling packaging is adopted for small-diameter titanium wires, and a moisture-proof layer treatment is added; The titanium rod is made of wooden boxes and shock-absorbing structures to ensure safe long-distance transportation.
At present, the batch of goods has been shipped by sea and is expected to arrive at the port within three weeks.
