In the production process, we use VAR melting technology and perform multiple annealing treatments on the material to optimize its microstructure and mechanical properties.
Especially orthodontic titanium wire, after multiple cold processing and heat treatment, has excellent elasticity and fatigue performance, fully meeting medical usage standards.
All products are provided with complete traceability documents, including melting batch numbers, testing reports, and production records.
