The size parameters are based on fine customization, with a thickness range of 0.01mm-1.5mm, It can satisfy various requirements of ultra thin electrodes to normal repair films. Width range: 50mm – 1200mm, Length: roll (max. roll weight 500kg) or sheet (standard size 1000mm × 2000mm), customized length is available. Thickness tolerance is ±0.001mm (for thin film) to ±0.01mm (for thick film), surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m.After degreasing and bright annealing treatment, there is no oil or oxide residue, and it meets ASTM F136 and ISO 5832-11 standards. It is suitable for precision machining processes such as laser cutting, micro etching, and vacuum coating.



The grade system is optimized for the processing characteristics of foil materials, including Ti-6Al-4V ELI (GR5), Ti-6Al-7Nb (GR23), Ti Nb Zr Ta (β titanium alloy), and pure titanium GR2. Ti-6Al-4V ELI foil material combines high strength and rollability, making it suitable for load-bearing minimally invasive instruments; Ti-6Al-7Nb foil has lower biological toxicity and is the preferred choice for dental veneers and bone repair films; The elastic modulus of Ti Nb Zr Ta β titanium alloy foil is closer to human tissue and is easy to process into ultra-thin shapes, suitable for nerve repair electrodes; Pure titanium GR2 foil material has excellent plasticity and is suitable for implants with complex curved surfaces.
Compared to traditional medical metal foil materials, its advantages are particularly significant: firstly, it has upgraded biocompatibility. After ISO 10993 biosafety testing, it has no sensitization or hemolysis reactions, and the surface oxide film can resist body fluid erosion for a long time; Secondly, it has excellent processing performance, with ultra-thin foil materials that can be rolled up to 0.01mm while maintaining integrity, and can be bent more than 5000 times without cracks; Thirdly, it has strong functional adaptability and is compatible with functional treatments such as hydroxyapatite coatings and drug sustained-release carriers. It can also withstand various sterilization methods such as high temperature, high pressure, and ethylene oxide, and has stable performance.
