GR2 Titanium Ultrafine Wire is produced from industrial pure titanium (Ti-99.2%) through vacuum arc melting, precision cold drawing, and controlled temperature annealing processes. It complies with ASTM B863 and ISO 5832-2 standards, featuring high strength-to-weight ratio, high-temperature corrosion resistance, and excellent processing performance. The product diameter ranges from 0.08mm to 12.0mm, with the 0.08mm-0.8mm ultrafine wire segment utilizing nanoscale diamond dies and pulsed current annealing technology, achieving a surface roughness ≤0.3μm and dimensional tolerance of ±0.003mm (0.08mm-0.8mm).

In the energy industry, the corrosion rate in strong acid and alkali environments is <0.01mm/year, enabling the production of fuel cell interconnection wires and chemical filler screens.
