It combines corrosion resistance, biocompatibility, and mechanical properties. The product diameter ranges from 0.05mm to 10.0mm, with the 0.05mm-0.5mm ultrafine segment produced using diamond dies and multi-pass cold drawing technology, achieving a surface roughness ≤0.2μm and a breakage rate ≤0.3%. Tolerance accuracy reaches ±0.002mm (0.05mm-0.5mm). Standard coils weighing 1kg to 50kg are available, along with custom specifications. The surface undergoes electrolytic polishing, pickling, or passivation treatment to meet diverse application requirements.
