For chemical pipeline welding, it is recommended to use Grade 2 with a wire diameter of 1.2-1.6 mm, which has high corrosion resistance and stable deposition rate. When used for high-strength aviation structure repair, Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) is more suitable with a wire diameter of 1.0-1.2 mm, which has higher tensile strength and good heat resistance. Grade 7 is commonly used for welding in seawater environments and pipeline systems, with a wire diameter of 1.2-2.0 mm. The addition of palladium element can significantly improve the resistance to crevice corrosion. For working conditions that require higher corrosion and temperature resistance, Grade 12 with a wire diameter of 1.2 mm can be selected, which is suitable for welding heat exchangers and chemical towers.
ASTM B863 Grade 1 and Grade 2 have excellent ductility and welding adaptability, making them the mainstream choice for universal welding wires. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) has high strength and excellent chemical stability, and is a standard material for welding aviation, sports equipment, and high load components. The palladium strengthening property of Grade 7 gives it excellent corrosion resistance in marine engineering, wet chlorine environments, and desalination systems. Grade 12 achieves a balance between high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for welding in complex medium environments.
The biggest advantage of Titanium MIG Wire lies in its stable arc performance, uniform droplet transfer, and excellent weld forming quality. Compared to TIG welding wire, MIG welding wire can achieve more efficient automated welding, effectively reducing spatter, improving welding speed, and enhancing weld density. All welding wires in our company are made of vacuum melted raw materials, precision wire drawing processing, bright annealing, and surface cleaning treatment to ensure that there is no oxidation black skin, slag inclusion, or porosity during welding, and to improve welding consistency.
As a professional manufacturer of titanium welding wire, we have an independent control system for the entire process of melting, drawing, cleaning, annealing, shaping, and testing, ensuring that each batch of MIG welding wire has consistent chemical composition and mechanical properties. The warehouse has stock of Grade 1/2/5/7/12 mainstream specifications, supports same day shipping, and can provide packaging methods such as wire coils, straight wires, and extended coils according to customer welding systems, providing stable supply for global engineering customers.
We can customize mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation), hardness status, wire diameter tolerance (± 0.01-0.02mm), core inner diameter, wire surface brightness, weight packaging, batch number tracking and other parameters according to customer welding projects. We can also provide dual system testing reports for American and European standards, and accept OEM packaging and export sea freight reinforced packaging to meet the needs of engineering general contractors, large equipment manufacturers, and welding service providers.

Why Choose Us

Article 1: We have a complete customized system for titanium welding wire. From raw material melting, fine wire drawing to annealing treatment, each step is adjusted by professional engineers according to customer operating conditions. Whether customers require high ductility to reduce the risk of welding cracks or high strength for equipment repair, we can customize the most suitable welding wire performance based on project drawings and welding methods (MIG automated welding, semi-automatic welding). We not only provide the full range of ASTM welding wires, but also enable cross standard adaptation according to customers' industry standards, ensuring that every welding is fast, stable, and reliable.

Article 2: After sales service is the biggest difference between us and our peers. We provide welding parameter recommendations, welding wire selection guidance, welding machine adaptation solutions, and diagnostic support for potential issues that may arise during the welding process for global customers. If customers encounter issues such as insufficient arc stability, adjustment of deposition speed, or porosity during use, we can promptly assist in resolving them through video/online technical communication to ensure that customer welding efficiency is not affected. In engineering projects, we can also provide long-term batch tracking and annual fixed supply agreements to ensure stable delivery of large-scale projects for our clients.

Article 3: Our services are not only reflected in product delivery, but also in our ability to provide continuous support. For customers with automatic welding lines, we can customize elongated coils, special inner diameter discs, special surface cleaning grades, and even match cleanliness levels to aviation or medical standards. In future use, we will regularly track the performance of the welding wire, optimize the next batch of production parameters based on customer feedback, and help customers reduce overall welding costs while ensuring weld quality, achieving true collaborative supply and long-term stable cooperation.

FAQ

FAQ 1: Why is Titanium MIG Wire suitable for automated welding?
Chenxin Titanium:Titanium MIG Wire has stable arc, uniform wire feeding, and low spatter characteristics, which can maintain continuous and stable deposition speed in automated and semi-automatic systems, and improve weld consistency. Its bright surface treatment avoids lagging during wire feeding, making it easier for the equipment to maintain continuous arc and clean forming, making it very suitable for pipeline welding, equipment welding, and batch welding conditions.

FAQ 2: Can your welding wire replace my existing brand?
Chenxin Titanium:Okay. We produce according to ASTM B863 standard, and our chemical composition and mechanical properties are compatible with mainstream brands in Europe, America, and Japan. If the customer provides the material grade and welding parameters of the current brand, we can compare the performance and provide equivalent or higher grade alternative models. At the same time, free sample testing can be provided to ensure that the welding performance is fully matched.

FAQ 3: Is it possible to customize special wire diameters or packaging?
Chenxin Titanium:Support customization. We can produce a full range of wire diameters from Ø 1.0 to 4.0 mm, and special sizes can also be produced according to the drawings. Packaging can be provided in various ways such as coiled wire, barrel packaging, straight wire, etc., and supports OEM labeling, laser coding, enhanced moisture-proof packaging, etc. Suitable for multi scenario use by engineering general contractors, welding material distributors, and equipment manufacturers.
