Nickel Wire (Pur Ni Wire) features a high purity among premium grades of a nickel metal wire under the American standard ASTM B345, and these core grades are Ni 200 and Ni 201. Not like prior titanimum-based medical/industrial wire, is superior in corrosion against strong alkali, non-magnetic, high conductivity and thermal conductivity and high temperature stability etc.. Specification: American Standard (ASTM B161) Nickel Purity: 99.6% min Grade: Ni200 & Ni201 Core Grade Features of Ni200 Ni200 is commercially pure nickel with 99.6% Minimum purity and excellent electrical conductivity and room temperature corrosion resistance. Ni201 is a low carbon cost-effective nickel alloy grade containing ≤0.02% carbon and offering excellent resistance to caustic and high temperature environment without the risk of high temperature caustic embrittlement. Both of them have good plasticity and easy to bending, welding, and they are non-magnetic and have strong oxidation resistance, and mechanical properties are stable, so they are applicable for making ultra-fine wire and precision parts processing.
