In terms of dimensional parameters, we focus on multi-scenario adaptability to provide customized solutions. The diameter ranges from 1.2mm to 150mm, and the length can be flexibly customized based on customer production requirements, with a standard supply range of 200mm to 6000mm. The tolerance precision is consistently controlled within ±0.015mm, far exceeding the standards of ordinary industrial titanium rods. The rod straightness is ≤0.2mm/m, and the surface undergoes multi-stage precision polishing, with roughness adjustable to Ra0.2μm-Ra1.6μm as needed. This meets the fine requirements of minimally invasive implant devices while also accommodating the machining needs of large load-bearing joints, fully complying with international medical material dimensional standards such as ASTM F136 and ISO 5832-3.
The series is tailored toward optimization of processing performance for medical use and is comprised of four basic series: Ti-6Al-4V ELI (GR5), Ti-6Al-7Nb (GR23), Ti-13Nb-13Zr and Ti-5Ta. Ti-6Al-4V ELI as a traditional grade improves fatigue strength with the control of the interstitial elements at ultra-low level, so it can be used for load bearing parts such as artificial hip and knees joint. Ti-6Al-7Nb substitutes niobium for vanadium to eliminate hazards of cytotoxicity and is considered the best option for dental implants and pediatric orthopedic tools. Ti-13Nb-13Zr has a more bone-like elastic modulus than other materials, which reduces stress shielding and is recommended for spinal internal fixation rods. Ti-5Ta is known for its superior body fluid corrosion resistance for use in continuously long-term residing devices such as cardiovascular stents.

Suitable for Complex Forming and Sterilization: It's suitable for complicated procedures like laser cutting and 3D printing, and it supports different sterilizing techniques like temperature and moisture, as well as gamma ray irradiation, and also its performance is stable even when sterilized for multiple times.
