In terms of grade selection, we offer a full range of medical-grade titanium and titanium alloy products, with core grades including pure titanium GR1, GR2, GR4, and titanium alloy GR5 (Ti6Al4V ELI). Among these, GR1/GR2 pure titanium exhibits excellent biocompatibility and plasticity, making it suitable for implants requiring high flexibility (such as dental implant abutments and small internal fixation screws). GR4 pure titanium has slightly higher strength than the former two grades, balancing toughness and corrosion resistance, and is commonly used in orthopedic instruments for medium loads. GR5 titanium alloy, as the most widely used alloy grade in the medical field, enhances strength and fatigue resistance through optimized aluminum and vanadium elements, while meeting the extra-low interstitial (ELI) standard for higher biocompatibility.It is suitable for load bearing structures, such as artificial joints, and spinal fixation systems.
