Annealed state (M):

Titanium wire that has been annealed has good plasticity and machinability, and is suitable for occasions that require further processing or deformation.

Hot working state (R):

Cold working state (Y):

Titanium wire that has been cold worked has higher strength and hardness, but poor plasticity, and is suitable for occasions that require high strength and wear resistance.

 

We have developed a diversified product system based on the process characteristics of different powder production scenarios: 3D printed GR1 pure titanium wire for universal titanium powder, with a diameter coverage of 0.8-6.0mm, strict tolerance control of ± 0.02mm, purity of over 99.6%, oxygen content ≤ 0.15%, and excellent flowability of the produced titanium powder, suitable for industrial grade SLM forming equipment; GR5 titanium alloy wire for medical grade titanium powder, with a diameter of 2.0-8.0mm and a tolerance of ± 0.03mm. The aluminum vanadium element ratio is precise (Al 5.5-6.75%, V 3.5-4.5%), and its biocompatibility has passed ISO 10993 certification. It can be used for the manufacture of implant powders such as artificial joints;AMS 4928 titanium wire is used for aerospace high-temperature titanium powder, with a diameter of 4.0-12.0mm and a tolerance of ± 0.05mm. It contains strengthening elements such as tin and zirconium, and has excellent high-temperature strength. It is suitable for the production of titanium powder for engine blades.

 

 

The diameter ranges from Φ0.12-0.8mm, primarily used for orthodontic archwires and surgical sutures, with a surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm to minimize tissue irritation. For aerospace applications, Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is the preferred choice, featuring a tensile strength of ≥860MPa and diameters Φ1.0-6.0mm, suitable for engine fuel pipelines and instrument connectors, maintaining elastic stability in environments ranging from -50°C to 300°C. In the chemical industry, Gr12 (Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni) is highly recommended for its resistance to strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. With diameters Φ0.8-12.0mm, it is used for reactor seals and heat exchanger coils, offering over six times the service life of stainless steel.
