Q1:What is the minimum thickness of GR1 pure titanium foil?

A1:The conventional minimum thickness can reach 0.01 mm (10μm). Special equipment can achieve thinner thickness, but it has extremely high requirements for rolling, annealing and surface treatment.

 

Q2:Can titanium foil be electroplated or laminated?

A2:Yes, but it needs to be activated or roughened first. Passive layer of titanium is very strong and it can't be electroplated easily, so it is not easy to directly electroplate on titanium. PVD, ion plating, or in multi-layer composite film material.


Q3: Could you provide the third party test report?
